This product is suitable for the connection of thermoplastic pipes such as PP-R / 
PE / pp-c. This product has accurate temperature control, high reliability, High

2.  How to use it 
1. Fix the welding machine and install the heating head, place the welding 
connector on the rack, install the corresponding heating die head according to 
the required pipe specification, and tighten it with the inner hexagon. Generally, 
the small one is at the front end, and the large one is at the rear end. 
2. Power on 
Turn on the power supply (note that the power supply must be equipped with 
grounding protection wire), the green indicator light is on, and when the green 
indicator light is off, the red indicator light is on, indicating that the welding 
machine is in the automatic temperature control state and can start operation. 
Note: in the automatic temperature control state, the red light and green light will 
turn on alternately, which indicates that the welding machine is in the controlled 
state and does not affect the operation. 
3. Welded pipe 
Use the pipe cutter to cut the pipe vertically, push the pipe and pipe fitting into 
the die head of the machine without rotation at the same time, and operate 
according to the requirements in the table below. After the heating time is 
reached, take off the pipe and pipe fittings from the die head immediately and 
insert them into the required depth in a straight line without rotation, so as to 
make the flange uniform at the joint.
Note: if the operating environment temperature is lower than 5°C, the heating 
time should be extended by 50%. 
3. Notice 
1. This product adopts single-phase three pole safety flat plug, and users are not 
allowed to change it 
Plug, the plug must be inserted into the socket with ground lead. 
2. When using it,, hands and inflammables shall not touch the heating plate 
as to avoid accidents. 
3. Don' t take it apart unless you' re professional. Open it may 
cause electric shock and ruin the performance of the machine.

4. If the red and green indicator lights do not change for a long time, it means 
the machine is break down, stop working and cut off the power immediately. 
5. This welding machine is guaranteed for twelve months from the date of 
purchase.(Except for box and artificial damage). 
6. The temperature of the welding machine has been adjusted before delivery, 
and non professionals are not allowed to change it, as not to affect the normal 
use and service life of the welding machine.
