Return Policy

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

Return Authorization (RMA Required)

Before returning any item, you must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Returns received without an RMA number may be refused and returned to the customer.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • Be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery
  • Be in new, unused, and resalable condition
  • Include the original packaging, manuals, accessories, and all included parts

Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper installation, modification, or normal wear are not eligible for return.

Non-Defective Returns

If you ordered the wrong item, no longer need the item, or wish to return a non-defective product, you may return it within 14 days.

Non-defective returns may be subject to:

  • A 20% restocking fee
  • Return shipping charges paid by the customer
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or we shipped the wrong product, please contact us immediately.

For approved defective or incorrect-item returns:

  • We will provide return instructions
  • We may provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • No restocking fee will apply
  • A replacement or full refund will be issued after inspection

If the item is no longer available, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product:

  • The returned item must meet the return requirements above
  • Any price difference must be paid before the replacement item is shipped
  • A 20% restocking fee may apply for non-defective exchanges

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled any time before the order has shipped.

If an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return procedure above.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A defective item
  • An incorrect item shipped by us

If an order originally qualified for free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.

Freight and Oversized Items

Freight, oversized, special-order, and pre-order items may not be eligible for return, or may be subject to additional return shipping charges and restocking fees. Please contact customer service before purchasing if you have questions about a specific item.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
