Shipping Policy

1. Orders placed before 2PM PST Monday - Friday normally will be shipped same day. If an item has to be backordered we will notify you.
   
2. We strive to hold back orders to a minimum. But we will ship your backordered items as soon as we can, there will be no freight charges on back order.
3. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and are bound by their schedule. We require a street address for all shipments; UPS can not ship to a PO Box. However, USPS can ship to a PO Box, please call for details.
4. Delivery time varies depending on your location.
5. If you have any special shipping requirements please call customer service during business hours or email us at info@rpmhardware.com.
6. Any order placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day.
7. We will never provide any information about you or your credit card number to third parties.
8. California State residents will be charged sales tax of 9.75%, unless proof of tax exemption is provided.
9. Shipping is quoted per order; your actual shipping cost will be included on your checkout page.
