Shipping Policy

Most in-stock orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, warehouse location, destination, and carrier schedules.

Some products may require additional processing time before shipment. Products that are made-to-order, special order, or sourced from overseas suppliers will be clearly identified on the product page with pre-order and estimated shipping time information.

We strive to minimize backorders. If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide updated shipping information.

All orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or freight carrier and are subject to the carrier’s schedule. A street address is required for UPS and freight shipments. USPS may deliver to PO Boxes.

Oversized and freight items may require a custom shipping quote. The final shipping cost will always be displayed before you complete checkout.

Freight Delivery Surcharges

Certain freight shipments may require additional carrier surcharges depending on the delivery location and delivery requirements.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Residential delivery locations
  • Lift gate service requirements
  • Inside delivery requests
  • Construction sites or limited-access locations
  • Remote delivery areas

Additional freight delivery service fees are typically applied once per shipment/order when applicable.

Customers are encouraged to select the appropriate freight delivery options during checkout to help ensure accurate shipping quotes and delivery requirements.

However, if the freight carrier determines that additional delivery services are required for successful delivery, additional freight surcharges may apply.

If additional freight services are required after the order is placed, our customer service team will contact the customer for approval before shipment whenever possible.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be calculated during checkout based on the shipping destination or pickup location.

Local pickup / Will Call orders are subject to applicable California sales tax based on the pickup location.

California tax-exempt customers must provide valid exemption documentation prior to shipment.
