1.    Why the safe can not keep unlocked all thetime?

The safe lock system automaticallyrelocks after 6 seconds of being opened by a valid code to keep safety.

2.  What if the safe is broken, how can I fix it?

For each Tiger King safe, it has one-year life time warranty. If the digital panel has some problem within one year, wecould help to fix it. Or if the time limit has been exceeded, you can contactus as well, but may need to pay for some parts instead.

3. Why the safe keeps beeping?

May havefollowing situations:

            a) Low Battery Alert: Repeated  beeping (8 beeps) during an unlock operation indicates that the battery is lowand needs immediate replacement.

            b) Wrong Entry Penalty: Entry of fourconsecutive invalid codes results in a 5-minute penalty time period.
