Functions

For paper thickness above 150 gsm, we suggest that users crease the paper first to

avoid cracking of paper on the folding line.

Features

1. Table Height Adjustable

The creaser uses top-suction air feeding method.

Operators can also adjust the table height by turning the knob.

For thin paper, adjust the table lower. For thicker paper, adjust the table higher.

2. Adjustable Creasing Depth, Air-blowing Volume, Paper Entry Thickness

Operators can adjust these aspects according to paper quality.

3. Adjustable Paper Feeding Angle

If the creased / perforated paper is skew, users can adjust the feeding angle on the right side of the machine.

4. Ports for Optional Partial Perforating Dies

At paper exit, optional partial perforating dies can be installed for cross partial perforation.

In the photo, the ports for connecting partial perforation dies are numbered. 

5. Exit Rollers & Optional Rotary Dies Installable

The shafts at the paper exit can load a few optional rotary die sets.

Four kinds of rotary die sets can be chosen which are creasing, perforating, partial perforating, and slitting die sets.

This way a piece of paper can be creased and perforated in a single pass.
