● Manual / Auto: Once the cover is placed, the binding car will move to bind without pressing the Start button.
● (No) Cutting: Whether to cut the book spine.
● Clamping Pressure: For thinner book, set pressure higher.
● Clamping Time: The time that the book and cover are being clamped. Usually set at 3.
The binding car with the inner sheets will be firstly cut by milling cutter and comb cutter. This allows the glue to soak into the spine to make the gluing secure. Then the book goes to apply glue to the spine and the sides of the book. Finally, with the front cover, the book will be clamped for a few seconds to let the glue stick well to the paper.
