 01.  What size of tank does this light suit for?

If you use this light only, please make sure the following parameters of your tank:

Length ≦ 0.8"  Width ≦18"  Height ≦ 18"  (For one piece of light)

If you use it together with other lights, this light is suitable for all kinds of tanks without cover (glass thickness should less than 0.8").

02. Why the fan keep working when I turn off the light?

The fan operates continuously when the light plug in. It will no stop work even you click the plus button (+) and minus button (-) at the same time to turn off the light.

The fan will stop work only when unplugged.  

03. Why the light could not be turned on?

- Please check whether the circuit is properly connected.

- Please touch the + and - buttons at the same time. Then touch the + button and see whether the light could be turn on. If not, please email us.

04. What’s the install steps of A029?

Step 1: Assemble the bracket and the light together

Step 2: Install the light on you tank

Step 3: Put the plug into outlet

Install the light first, then put the plug into outlet, DON'T MAKE IT INVERSE!

05. Could the light work with a timer?

Yes, it works with a timer.

But we don’t offer the timer with this light, please buy it if needed.
