Each refiner conche in the King ranges is the high quality machine for the high quality chocolate production. The whole process from the raw material to the final chocolate mass is finished in one machine, including dosing, mixing, grinding and conching. It is the best solution for producing the high quality chocolate mass, and no stringent requirements about the quality of the raw material.It can also be used for other fat base products like compound, couverture, praline, truffle, cream fillings...
Special note: We use manganese steel and carben steel inside refiner for hardness requirement. And also palm oil test before delivery. So it maybe some rusting and bad smell after several months sea shipping and stock in wearhouse. It's reasonable and will be workable after we follow the operating manual to clean.
Comment:
Cooling water consumption always depend on the energy density, which be put into the chocolate during the grinding. The owner of the machine should prepare well cooling water in factory.
Following parameter is for the reference, with water temperature around 15°C, water pressure <2 bars, pressure drop is 1 bar.
