The Venpole VP2-18A-1 countertop induction cooktop uses electricity flowing through a copper coil to create a magnetic field above its cooking surface. When an induction-ready pot or pan comes in contact with the cooktop, electrons in the metal move around rapidly, generating friction that creates heat. The temperature can be set between 140 and 460 degrees Fahrenheit. Its timer has a maximum of 180 minutes, and it enters standby mode once time is reached. The frame is made of hard plastic that resists corrosion, and touch control panel makes you more convenient to operate the device.
Perfect for use in omelet stations, catering services, display cooking, or any light-duty application where you need an extra burner, this induction cooker is safer than conventional countertop ranges since there's no open flame or flammable fuel source, and the heat dissipates quickly after the cookware is removed. It can compete with other countertop ranges in performance as well, heating up to temperature with lightning speed!
