Combined with JENDAH deck ovens, the hybrid baking station can save space for workshops like five stars hotels or shopping mall baking booths. The vertical operation also makes bakers or chefs finish products nicely and easily.
Complying with European Union safety standards, the luxury deck oven is more than baking foods well. Its external look is beautiful and attractive. The door uses a large window of tempered glass. This not only makes it easy to supervise the baking but also lets customers see the baking processes in the oven. This feature corrects the general deck oven's big box look and adds a distinct point to bakeries and restaurants.
The underbuilt proofer provides uniform proofing results with even flow system. They can precisely mix heat and humidity to produce exceptional results. The interiors and exteriors are constructed of stainless steel after years of heavy use. The parts in the oven are built for a maximum service life. The baking stones produce crispier bottom crusts and a more golden-brown color. Moreover, the artificial stone slabs are very thick (0.8"/2cm) and super strong. They can withstand initial usage without breaking and will last a long time without any issues.
