This type of ball bearings are the tandem flanged ball bushings with round flange. The flange is located at one end of the bearing. The flange and outer ring are made from one billet of steel thereby giving enormous strength to the design. The outer cylinder of the standard-type linear bushing and the flange are integrated and fitting is easily achieved by bolting directly to the housing.
The MYT linear bearing consists of an outer cylinder, ball retainer, balls and two end rings. The ball retainer which holds the balls in the recirculating trucks in held inside the other cylinder by end rings.
The outer cylinder is maintained sufficient hardness by heat treatment, therefore it ensures the bushings projected travel life and satisfactory durability.
The ball retainer is made from steel or resin. The steel retainer has high rigidity obtained by heat treatment.
All models can be done with nickel plated according to customers' requirements, with function of rust-proof.
