This test pump is suitable for a variety of pipes, pressure vessels, pressure part, pressure testing, chemical, construction, plumbing and other industries. The machine has a simple structure, easy to use, especially large flow to improve the work effiency.


Operation

1. Connect the power supply and fill the tank with water.

2. The high-pressure pipe connected, the test tube interface tighten the seal.

3. Press the lever, loosen the pressure relief screw, and the pressure relief screw is tightened when the water is discharged.

4. Check the value on the pressure gauge until the pressure on the pressure gauge reaches the pressure needed.  You can keep the pressure unchanged.

5. To see whether the value on the pressure gauge is down, if the value does not decline, indicating that the measured container pressure performance is good, on the contrary, it indicates that the pressure vessel is leaked.

6. When the  operation is finished,  the pipe is removed, and then clean the machine with clean water.
